Hello, Cupcake!

Today it’s all about cupcakes. Cupcakes in cookie form, that is.

Some of these photos are a little dark. The late night hours I keep around here just aren’t conducive to great photography. Well, that and my general lack of knowledge in the photo department.

Someday…

But not today. Today is for cupcakes. Cookies. Cupcake cookies. Cupookies?

 

I had a lot of fun decorating these and Andrew says they’re my best yet!

I’m starting to catch on that he says that about every new design I come up with.  (Yes, I know that ends in a preposition, but am I really supposed to say “every new design with which I come up”?  No, that can’t be correct, either. Even if it is, it’s just way too stuffy for my style.)

Anyway, Andrew says “WOW, that’s the best you’ve done yet!” after every cookie I make. I think it’s because he’s scared I’ll fill his ears with pink icing while he sleeps if he doesn’t give such compliments.

I can’t say I blame him. The nights get very late sometimes and I tend to get a little delirious.

Oh, did I mention I’m having 50 people over this afternoon? Just a small little mid day gathering. No big deal.
