Make Ahead Garlic Bread

Another great idea from FishMama. Buy marked down French or Italian bread and freeze it in meal-size portions! This is a great way to avoid eating the whole loaf… not that I have that problem.

Cut the garlic bread in half to open it up. Mix together 1 stick of softened butter, a few cloves of garlic, and dried parsley.  Spread liberally on the bread. Close it, cut it in individual loaves, wrap tightly in foil, freeze. When ready, put it in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.

A great accompaniment to any meal!
