Pizza Rolls

Not the healthiest, but they sure are good!

I made mine with turkey pepperoni and part-skim mozzarella, but you can use any toppings you like.  The recipe is vague because I don’t measure anything, just eyeball it!

Pizza Rolls

Start with pizza dough.  I made mine in the bread machine, but you can use any kind. Roll it out into a rectangle and cover with pizza sauce and pepperoni.

Next, cover with the mozzarella

Roll up and slice:

Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes, depending on how thick you cut your slices.  Mine took about 13 minutes.

This is an extremely kid-friendly meal, of course!

I paired the pizza rolls with a yummy fresh fruit salad– fresh pineapple, watermelon and cantaloupe!  I couldn’t stop eating it, it was so cold and refreshing!
