Roasted Broccoli

or cauliflower, or asparagus, or brussel sprouts, or… you get the idea.

Roasted Broccoli

  • 1-2 heads broccoli, chopped in large pieces (I use several heads because we like to snack on the leftovers cold.)
  • coarse sea salt
  • cooking spray

Preheat oven to 425. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Arrange broccoli on pan, spray florets with cooking spray. Sprinkle generously with sea salt. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes or until beginning to blacken sporadically.

Devour!
