BBQ Pork Butt

Cut the pork shoulder into big hunks and put them in the crock pot.  Season generously with garlic salt, pour on ~1/2 cup BBQ sauce, enough Coke or Dr Pepper to almost cover the meat, and layer on one sliced onion. Set the timer for 8 hours on low and bring on the day!
