Pico de Yummo!

The freshest, brightest, summery-est dish ever.  Use as a chip dip, or to top tacos, salad, etc.  

Pico de Gallo


 

  • 1 1/2 tomatoes
  • 1 jalepeno
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 small red onion
  • sprinkle of cilantro
  • salt and pepper
  • juice of 1/2 lime

Chop all, mix all, eat all!
