Easy & Delicious Pumpkin Cake

I first made this recipe as cupcakes, but have since been enjoying it as cake. It’s great either way, just decrease the cooking time if making cupcakes.

Easy & Delicious Pumpkin Cake

  • 1 pkg Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • whipped cream cheese frosting (or your favorite kind)

Preheat oven to 350. Blend all until moistened, then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.  Pour into 2 cake pans. Bake until tooth pick comes out clean, approximately 30 minutes.  Cool, then frost.  Yummy!
